Shipping

Our goods are dispatched from China. If the product has a US warehouse, we will choose the warehouse closest to you for delivery. If the product is not in overseas warehouse, we can only ship to you from China.
If your order purchases multiple items, we will split the order for delivery.

The total at checkout does not include duties and taxes. They are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. The assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the order value and the duty-free threshold (if any) of the goods imported into the destination country. The payment of any duties and import duties is the responsibility of the recipient, and these charges are collected at the time of customs clearance or delivery.

shipping fee

We charge a $30 shipping fee for orders under $99, and free shipping on orders over $99.

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll e-mail you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number that you can use to track your order.There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, which unfortunately are beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correctly entered, and that your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package.If your package never showed up, please contact the delivery company used to resolve this issue.If they claim the package was delivered and are unable to help you, please get in contact with our customer service by emailing info@myminidollhouse.com and we’ll be happy to help you resolve this.

LOST PACKAGESThere can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, which unfortunately are beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correctly entered, and that your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package.If your package never shows up, please contact the courier company used to resolve the issue first.If they claim the package was delivered and are unable to help you, please get in contact with our customer service by emailing info@myminidollhouse.com and we’ll be happy to help you resolve this.Please note that if your package is lost, please contact us and we will contact the courier company to verify the situation. If the situation is true, we will send you an email to confirm the processing plan, whether to refund you or re-deliver the goods to you.

We only sell and ship products to the following countries.
United States (excluding AA/AE/AP), Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Finland, the Netherlands, Denmark, etc., you can check the details on the checkout page.

Payments

We accept payment by credit card (VISA / MasterCard / AMERICAN EXPRESS / JCB / Diner’s Club International), by debit card (VISA, Carte Bleue, Carte Bancaire) and by PayPal.

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

Unfortunately our operations are only limited to credit/debit card transactions and Paypal. This is to ensure our customers get their consumer protection and also our business is validated.

Paypal offers Buyer protection and favors consumers by providing a secure gateway and good refund policies. This is why we advocate using Paypal to complete your transactions here safely without credit card risks.

If you have a Paypal account, just checkout with Paypal and login to complete your purchase accordingly.

Don’t worry as you do not need to own a PayPal account to pay: you may enter your credit card’s data directly at PayPal and complete your payment. You don’t need to register a PayPal account either.

When you are done, click on “Review and Continue”.

4. CLICK ON “NO, THANKS” WHEN ASKED ABOUT CREATING A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE!

Depending on a number of factors you could run into problems when paying at PayPal. Some common issues are:

1) I am not getting redirected to PayPal at all
Your browser’s PayPal cookies might be messed up; you may try deleting your cookies to fix this <- Please Try This Step Very Important

2) PayPal is not accepting my credit card

Please double check the data you entered at PayPal’s form. If everything is correct, chances are that you actually do own a PayPal account and that your credit card is associated with that PayPal account. If this is the case, then you will only be able to pay with that card by logging into your PayPal account. If this is too much trouble, then just try paying with a different credit card.

3) I can’t find a “Pay with Debit or Credit Card?”

option Unfortunately, PayPal does not allow direct credit card payments in all cases. Sometimes it is because of your location, or sometimes PayPal might believe by checking your browser’s cookies that you actually own a PayPal account. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To start a return or exchange, please e-mail our customer service team at info@myminidollhouse.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours with details on how to process your return or exchange.

We don’t offer returns for products that you received more than 30 days ago.

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return or exchange.
